Very comfortable and location very nice, staff very friendly??

Love the location. Next to the beach at a quiet part of Jomtien. Excellent value.

Worst experience ever. Please stay away from this hotel. After cleaning, $300 were lost from inside of our room. When we got to know we went to management and they showed their policy which says hotel isn’t responsible for any lost items. I tried explaining them its their staff who went inside our room in our absence, if something is lost from inside the room then how hotel isn’t responsible.
Their management didn’t even cooperate, worst experience. Its a fraud.
Our booking was for one deluxe bed, they put two small beds together and made it one which made it worst to sleep.
Not even a good location, nothing closeby. Worst experience we ever had in any hotel.

Hotel is located on the beach front but is of average quality. Can’t comment on the quality of food as we didn’t eat at the hotel and only stayed there to wash and sleep.

Not really a 4 star hotel. Its more like a 2 star hotel. However the location is great

Good service, good location, beach in the front of the hotel, almost everything is good.
Except for the very narrow hotel entrance and there's a car parked at the entrance to the hotel (next to the swimming pool). It's quite risky and prone to the accident.

There is little parking space, the parking lot is narrow, the room has a loud air conditioning sound as if it's broken, but it's good that the staff changed it. The towels are not clean and not usable.
